Err.. I was playing today and as I tried to add SP onto my skill it dc'd me. When I tried to log back in it said my IP has been banned.

Haha the same thing happend to me. xD The autoban system needs to be fixed/edited.
The reason you were banned was because you spam clicked your skill and the system read it as adding SP that you didn't have.
This will be resolved asap and you'll be unbanned once xSibk comes on (:
