Forum Updates [Version 2]

As you guys have Probabally noticed,afew changes have been made to the Forums.

I'll List what changes have been made here:

Version One:

Changed the Theme [No longer in use]
Removed the Banner (For Now)
Fixed up afew Forums:
Added:
Guides
General
Removed:
Advertisements
Fixed up Forum Permissions
Added and sorted out UserGroups, and Added Colours.
Administrators - White
Forum Moderators - Green
GameMasters - Yellow
Afew other Minor Adjustments

Version Two:
Changed the theme back to original PhBB3
Added Banner - Credits to OhSnap.
Darkened Staff Colours to fit theme
Administrators are now colored Red.
Removed a few categories, unnecessary.
-Created a group called Members. Everyone with 1+ post goes in, and gets their name in black.
[Blue [Default] is used for Donators, so i changed it. newly registered members are blue until they get 1 or higher post count.
Added Infraction/Warning System. Read the rules - Not knowing the rules is no longer an excuse.
